How quickly will I hear back?

Within one working day, usually sooner. If it's urgent, mention that in the message and I'll prioritise.

Do you charge for a first conversation?

No. The first call is free and there's no pressure to sign up to anything afterwards. I'd rather we both leave the call feeling it's the right fit.

What if I'm not sure which package I need?

Pick "Not sure yet" on the form and tell me a little about where you're at. I'll suggest a level of support that fits — and we can flex up or down later.

Can you help with a one-off project?

Yes. Alongside the monthly packages I take on project work — handbooks, policy reviews, HR audits, recruitment campaigns and more. Quoted per project.

Where are you based?

Manchester, working with clients across the UK. Most support is remote, but I'm happy to come on-site by arrangement.
